Foothills into Springville, past the white mineral rock, and looped down and around to connect back, just above houses, and back...

Mapleton Canyon, up Whiting trail, past the fork, and three bridges to the normal fork, where main trail gets real rocky...Hot, running at 9:30-11...

normal foothills trails towards springville and back

looped straight up to the main road trail that goes to the Y, and then south, to the upper loop trail that dives down on untraveled single loop, packed with stickers....yuck...then just across to the 5mile normal turn around...
